This Bolognese rod series is at the top of our range.

With WR technology and characterised by a classic section design, Fiume WR 8001 rods boast lightness, balance and great overall quality.

They are offered in two versions–the 16 g medium light and the 20 g medium—and are able to cover most situations facing anglers, without making any distinction between inland waters and the sea.

The medium light version, with slightly more “docile” and rounded action than the medium, allows the use of very thin terminals and gives its all when reeling in prey.

Lightness and balance also ensure optimal handling of the light ballast and unrivalled casting performance.

As for the medium version, it is the classic all round, which, with its slightly higher casting and more decisive action, lends itself very well to even heavier nylon and ballast tasks, while retaining the same spectacular balance and weight characteristics.

Both versions make use of FUJI components and are meticulously crafted in every aesthetical and finishing detail.
